TIMELINE

We hosted a neighborhood meeting on March 9 (video displayed on home page).

We appeared before the Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee on March 2.

We were approved by the Planning Commission on April 12.

Our Inclusion Housing program (affordable units and accompanying Zoning Code exceptions) was approved the City Council on May 16.

The project has planning approvals and we are in the process of developing building permit drawings.

Delays have resulted from higher-than-expected construction costs resulting in refinements to the project reducing its scale. In June of 2021 we finally submitted a planning application seeking entitlements to develop. We submitted an updated application in October of 2021. We received planning approvals in the summer of 2022. Obtaining building permits and building the project is likely to require another two years.
