The March 9, 2022 neighborhood meeting presenting the latest project description is to the right.  The project was heard by the Planning Commission on April 12, 2022 and the City Council on May 16.  It received planning approvals.

Welcome to 890 CoOp, a website created to provide information about and solicit input on a cooperative housing project proposed for the southeast corner of Petaluma Boulevard North @ West Payran Street.

890 CoOp, the proposed development and this website, is a work in progress and we welcome comments (in the Contact section), interest or questions.  The latest developments as of May 2022 is that we have received Planning approvals for the development and are working with contractors to refine designs and costs.
